You consent to allow Kyanite Design to edit your quote for clarity, length, spelling and grammar and you agree that you will not have any right to be notified of, inspect or approve any Marketing Use. You cannot use the name of your employer or company in a quote without the consent of your employer. Kyanite Design has no control on whether or not you obtained your employer’s consent. Therefore, you will be sole responsible for all damages incurred as a result of the use of name of your employer without his consent. You consent to allow Kyanite Design to edit your quote for clarity, length, spelling and grammar and you agree that you will not have any right to be notified of, inspect or approve any Marketing Use. You further agree that you will not be paid for or receive any other consideration, monetary or otherwise, for the quote, whether or not it is published or otherwise used at any time. You forever release, discharge and hold harmless Kyanite Design and all other person(s) or entity(ies) from any and all liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right with respect to the use of your quote at any time. You affirm that you are over the age of majority and have the right to contract in your own name, and that you have read the above authorisation and fully understand its contents. Upon receipt of your notice, Kyanite Design will remove your quote from all Marketing Uses within 60 days.
